Michelle Auger is an experienced educator, former principal, and trainer who discovered a love for Mah Jongg and quickly embraced both the game and its vibrant community. With more than 35 years of experience in education, leadership, and adult learning, she brings patience, encouragement, and a strong understanding of how people learn best to every Mah Jongg lesson. Michelle enjoys helping new players build confidence, develop strategy, and discover the joy of the game in a supportive and welcoming environment. 

Through Mahj on the Lanai, Michelle combines her passion for teaching with her love of bringing people together. Known for her touch of humor and pink-flamingo flair, she creates engaging learning experiences that foster friendships, laughter, and lasting connections around the Mah Jongg table.
