- Mahjong for Beginners is a lesson for those players brand new to American Mahjong. Throughout the course of a live game, we will cover the following topics: Game overview, terminology, tile identification, reading the NMJL Mahjong card, the Charleston, rules of the game, narrowing your hand to a specific line and Mahjong etiquette.
