Classes
To cancel a class reservation or ask about a refund, email mahjongteacher1@gmail.com with your name, the class, and the class date. Each request is reviewed, and we reply with the options available for that class.
If we cancel a class
If the School of American Mah Jongg cancels a class, we contact enrolled students and offer another date or a refund of the amount paid for that class.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are issued for the value purchased. To ask about a certificate, including a transfer to another person, contact us at the email above and include the certificate details from your receipt.
Store purchases
To cancel or ask about a return on a store order, contact us and include your order details. When you can, write before the item ships. We will confirm what can be cancelled or returned.
